SURGICAL TREATMENT METHODS FOR CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS IN CHILDREN

Our proposed selective surgical method of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis provides early epithelization of the wound surface, more eff ective sanitation of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, compared
to the traditional method, which makes it possible to widely implement it in practical healthcare for children with chronic rhinosinusitis. The proposed method of treating CRS in children gave a positive eff ect in 96.2% of cases versus 79.4% of
patients with traditional therapy (P<0.01).
