This article reviews the modern principles of postoperative rehabilitation in chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) - hearing restoration strategies, ossiculoplasty materials, wound care, follow-up monitoring, and indications for second-look surgery - based on international literature from the past decade, with particular attention to rehabilitation features in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery.
